Stage 13 Sat 25 October 2008 (4 miles ) Starts on the Green outside the Church of St Catherine, West Drayton UB7 7PJ at 3.30 pm on Saturday 25th October 2008. It is an easy level walk of approx 4 miles, initially through West Drayton and onto the towpath on the Grand Union Canal. After walking the towpath for just over 2 miles when we leave the canal before reaching the centre of Hayes and walk though part of an industrial Estate to reach the Church of The Immaculate Heart of Mary, Botwell Lane, Hayes UB3 2AB where light refreshments will be available in the Parish Youth Club at the rear of the church - before we attend the 6.30 pm evening Mass. There is limited parking at the church in Hayes and plenty of free parking round the Green at West Drayton. Arrangements can be made to transport people back to their cars or there is a regular train service between Hayes and Harlington and West Drayton which takes just 5 minutes. Families, friends and children are all most welcome to join in.
